Policies

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Rescheduling and cancellations are permitted online, up to 48 hours in advance of the service(s). Any changes made to appointments after 48 hours must be communicated and received by Chrystia, and are subject to a fee of 50% of the service that was scheduled. Same-day cancellations and No Shows are subject to 100%.

Fees unable to be paid at the time of cancellation will be banned from booking until paid. Deposits may be required going forward to schedule or banned altogether.

The only exception to the cancellation policy is a death in the family. The fee will be waived under those circumstances.

My cancellation policies apply to downgraded appointments. For example, if you have an appointment scheduled for a Brazilian, underarms, and lip, but cancel the underarms and lip services on the same day of your appointment, the full charge for those canceled services will still apply. The 48-hour cancellation policy applies if the change is made during that window of time.

This policy applies whether the downgrade is a personal decision or if I asses the service as unsafe to proceed. My priority is always your safety and well-being.

I publish relevant and educational information on my website and social media accounts to prepare you for your appointment, including guidelines on medications, products, and practices to avoid beforehand.

When you book multiple services, that time is reserved exclusively for you, preventing other clients from accessing these slots. Altering services the same day means that the time set aside cannot be offered to someone else. This policy ensures fairness to all clients, supporting everyone’s hair removal goals and allowing efficient scheduling.

Outside of Regular Hours & Squeeze-In Appointments: Appointments outside of regular business hours can be requested! A fee applies when an appointment is requested outside my regular business hours or squeezed in where the system will not permit it. This service must be coordinated with me directly, as scheduling this online will result in cancelation. The Squeeze-In fee is 50% of the requested service(s) and is billed via a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will need to be paid in full to schedule. 

Please understand that as much as I strive to fulfill every request, the service can only be provided based on my personal schedule and availability. I will do my best to accommodate your needs and communicate any limitations or alternatives as necessary. Text or call me at 804-625-8044 if you need to schedule an appointment outside of my regular business hours or squeezed in between other appointments.

Tardy Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who are tardy will have their appointment shortened or amended to fit the allotted time but are still charged for what was scheduled. Clients who are more than nine (9) minutes late will be rescheduled and the 100% no show fee will apply.

Card on file: An active card must be kept on file at all times. Accounts without a card on file will have appointments canceled and fees will be required as needed. Click here to add your card on file.

Payment: A card is preferred. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex. Cash is permitted but in exact change only. No checks, no Venmo, no PayPal, Zelle etc.

Guests: No other guests are permitted outside of the client who is receiving the service unless also receiving a service. Small children are permitted if they are stroller or carrier bound, or can sit quietly without disturbing other guests receiving massages, etc.

Forms

General Intake: This form is required for all first-time guests and then yearly or as information changes.  Fill out your general intake form here. 

Health History: This form is required to schedule online, and is required for every appointment, every service, every time. One form does cover all services within one appointment. This form is required as it allows me to protect the client and their skin, it also allows the client to protect myself and other guests in the event of std/i, colds, other contagious things. If client expresses that they have a contagious illness, they will be required to mask. If the client is using, taking, etc a contraindicated item for the service they are scheduled for, the service will be amended to another method to prevent rescheduling.
